Appointments
Online booking requests are confirmed only once our team contacts you. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment so we can offer the time to another pet.
Fees
Fees for consultations, tests and treatment are explained before we proceed and are payable at the time of service unless agreed otherwise.
Emergencies
If your pet needs urgent care, call us before travelling so we can prepare. Outside opening hours, please contact your nearest emergency veterinary hospital.
